Fabian M. Sperli is a lawyer graduated in 1998 at the Law School of Presbyterian University Mackenzie in São Paulo/SP, Brazil.

He worked in large law firms throughout the Law course and after graduation, and with the experience acquired and with a distinguished vision of action, he opened his own office in 2006, SPERLI ADVOGADOS, of which he is managing partner and since 2009 is located in the region of “Faria Lima”.

In 2006 he completed his specialization strictu sensu (master’s at law) at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), presenting the dissertation “Contemporary copyright law”.

He is a specialist in Intellectual Property, with emphasis on acting in international trademark licensing, having lectured in several training and specialization courses in the area, participating as director of the São Paulo Association of Intellectual Property (ASPI) and course coordinator and member of the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI), as well as the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP).

He has extensive experience in structuring licensing business model, and also acting as a consultant and legal advisor to companies in the main corporate areas.
